We currently ship to the following 16 European countries:
Spain, Portugal, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Austria, Italy, Croatia, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Germany.
All our products include taxes and do not require additional customs fees upon arrival (except in exceptional cases as indicated below).

Order Processing
This is the period from when the customer places an order until we hand it over to the carrier. We process orders within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays may take longer to process. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number (valid after 24 hours). You can use this number to track your package. During special campaigns or holidays, tracking information may take 48-72 hours to update. If you cannot track your package, please contact us and we will provide support within 48 hours.
Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as transportation delays, weather, high demand, or other logistical factors. If this occurs, please contact us through the homepage to check the status with the shipping company.
Order Cancellations and Changes

It is not possible to modify or cancel the order.
If you refuse delivery, the order will be returned to our facilities and will be considered a return. We will refund the amount paid, less the shipping costs.
