GENERAL WARRANTY
Warranty and Replacement Policy
All products sold by Alder Tree Properties LLC are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Free accessories included in the package are not covered by this warranty.
Warranty Period and Warranty Holder
The warranty is automatically activated when the original purchaser places and receives their order through our website (gmoqqr.shop). This warranty applies exclusively to that purchaser.
For the warranty to be transferable, both of the following conditions must be met:
No more than one (1) year has passed since the date of receipt of the product.
The new owner can provide the name of the original purchaser and the corresponding order number.
Covered Products
Alder Tree Properties LLC will replace any defective or damaged components, including damage incurred during shipping.
This warranty does not cover:
Corrosion
Cosmetic wear (discoloration, scratches, marks)
Impact damage
Permanent modifications (such as drilling, welding, etc.)
Water damage
Batteries
Batteries
Batteries have a pro-rata 1-year warranty. During this period, they may be repaired or replaced at no additional cost. This coverage does not extend beyond the original purchase date.
General Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
Accidents, misuse, negligence, or improper storage
Exposure to liquids, moisture, chemicals, sand, dirt, or extreme conditions
Unauthorized modifications
Cosmetic damage (dents, scratches) not directly attributable to Alder Tree Properties LLC
Tampering with, removal of, or illegibility of serial numbers or labels
Use of accessories or components not authorized by Alder Tree Properties LLC
Assembly, installation, operation, or maintenance errors contrary to the product manual
External causes such as fire, flood, storm, theft, or power outages
Specific Exclusions for Batteries
Batteries that meet the following criteria will not be covered:
Charged with incompatible devices
Have broken seals or have been tampered with
Used in unauthorized devices
Claims Process
All claims must be made directly to Alder Tree Properties LLC via email to: gmoqqr.shop@gmail.com
Proof of purchase and visual evidence (photographs or videos) of the product defect or damage will be required.
Before filing a formal claim, we recommend contacting us to explore possible alternative solutions.
Claims for Shipping Damage
If you receive products damaged during shipping, visual evidence (photographs or videos) must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.
Important: Claims for shipping damage will not be accepted after this period. Free accessories damaged during shipping will not be replaced.
